AMT AMT1094 1/25 Pick-Up Chevrolet 1:25 1955 Chevy Cameo Coca-Cola Pickup, Multicoloured

I have started a Coke collection and this was my first item. AMT makes excellent products. This is no exception. It does require attention to detail, and needs to be trimmed for a perfect fit. Also, always wash the pieces in warm soapy water and rinse. Hopefully your model will be better than mine. I need to reorder and do a better job the second time

This was my 14 year old daughter's first model vehicle. She likes vintage items and so this vehicle was attractive to her. Since this was a first build, she learned reading diagrams, painting small parts, gluing, assembly and badging. While the final version was not perfect and it took her a few weeks to finish, it inspired her to continue building many more models. Now model building is officially one of her favorite hobbies!

The kit is okay, I had to order a second one because about half of the parts were deformed or warped, and I still had trouble with parts not fitting right however, I'd say it's definitely for a more experienced builder due to most of the parts not fitting right but the finished product was worth the extra money and work. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the end result is so nice

Great kit with a diecast Coke machine & handcart, and the custom options are a fun addition for a first-timer or knowledged modeller. 2 big thumbs up👍👍 Will be building this as a classic, yet mild custom, in dark red & ivory with the Coke badging.
