I absolutely love this pasta. This is the first gluten-free pasta I've tried that competes well traditional pasta. The taste is very slightly different from traditional pasta, but that is only noticeable if you eat it without any sauce, cheese, or seasoning. The texture is exactly the same as traditional pasta. This is a fantastic gluten-free pasta, and I highly recommend it for those who either follow a gluten-free diet or who just want a healthier pasta to eat (this pasta is packed with protein and fiber). I have ordered this pasta two or three times at this point.

There were dead bugs in the box. They looked like maggots or something. Not sure but it was at least 2 different types of bugs in there.

Normally, I love this Mac n Cheese!! I do not have the following issue when I order single boxes from Whole Foods.Something must happen when ordering in bulk that gave me an entire box of broken noodles. Yes, all 6 boxes within the greater package order, yielded "halved" noodles. At that size and smaller, the noodles mush into each other, and just isn't right for the Mac n Cheese experience.
