Instructions were a bit difficult to understand but it’s pretty easy to figure it out. This item was perfect for my 5yr old. He loves it.

I purchased this product for my kids about a month ago and they have been playing with it regularly since then.I had to return my first order due to faulty motor function (wheels on one foot weren't working) When I received my first order. Thanks to Amazon for return policies. The second piece received is working as expected. I also purchased one more for my friend's kids.Pros:1. Well built quality material - it can withstand rough handling2. Remote has many functions and connects well3. Has a volume button4. Pre-programmed music, dance and good habits (kids love these all)Cons:1. Gesture control does not work as expected. In fact, kids tried a couple of times and just stopped using it.2. Quality control needs to be improved (I am not sure how a non-working piece skipped out for customer delivery3. Packaging can be improved - especially packing inside the box looks like getting a used piece4. Non-standard charging pin, a standard micro USB charging would have helped a lot and also minimizing to keep track of one more charging cable at home5. Remote buttons are confusing for kids, this can be simplified for kids usage

My son loves it, his cousin loves it (a gift) and another cousin loves it (another gift). Perfect for the 6-8 year old range. its pretty mobile on carpet and hard flooring. Plus no batteries needed for the robot!

The kids love the robot but the remote does not work what can I do

I bought this for my 7 year old nephews birthday. He absolutely loves it. Great toy for a great price. Performs as advertised.

My 8 year old son thinks this is a cool toy and it seems to entertain him and his younger brother. However we cant figure out how to actually use all of the features like voice command and programming etc. The instructions seem to be translated from another language and do not make the least bit of sense.

So far it has lasted well come up about 2 months. A bit worried about The quality when ordering, but has lasted and may outlast my child's interest with the product.Much of the entertainment comes from the Incredibly awkward and poor grammar this robot speaks! Pretty fair toy for the price and seems to hold its battery charge well. Robot does quite a bit as far as movements and talking but about one month will have all features exhausted.

As others have said, the yellow version of this robot is garbage. We bought both the white/ blue robot and yellow for our two sons. The yellow one does not work outside of demo mode and the instructions are useless. Not even readable English. The robot does not respond to the remote, so the kids can't make it do anything. Will be returning.
