I take this to help with cognitive functions (mental clarity, focus, memory recall)I do this in stages. I will take an entire bottle then take a break for approx 4 weeks (on - off schedule)I take this in combination with reishi mushroom and I do notice my memory getting better (being able to do things without having to write them down) memory recall improves but mostly the biggest thing i notice is focus.I can focus on projects and not get sidetracked or loose motivation because im tired. This is like something in between psylocibe and cbd. I honestly didn’t know. Brain enhancer/supplement my a**! This is a “legal” psychedelic. I took the recommended dosis (2 capsules) and I couldn’t focus at all. My girlfriend tried it too, and had the same effects as me. I literally couldn’t do anything job related today. I was too high and “artsy”. This marketing is crazy.
