Fits great.
Been on car about 4 months, no leaks. Fit grove nicely. You must remove pulley tensioner to get last bolt that remove oil cooler to change gasket. Not that hard to do. Easier on 6 cylinder engine because more room.

Fixing oil leak
Replaced the leaking gaskets and stopped the oil leak on my old 2006 mb e350. Moderate work but worth it for me and cost only minimal compare of buying the entire cooler part replacement

Worked fine no leaks until 5k miles and now it leaks worse than before.
