Useful and good for kitchen

I have been using this product at home for the past few years and am very satisfied with it. I use it daily for making fruit smoothies. It is powerful and mega sized that I can make smoothies for four people in one go. It grinds the seeds in fruits like guava and pomegranates into pulp in no time.

The media could not be loaded. Cookwell will not provide any service in or after warranty because they don't have service support pan INDIA, but they have ambitions of selling product pan INDIA. During warranty period they will simply ship the replacement part to you. When warrantee is over, you have to "show the product to local repairist" according to Cookwell customer support.This is all when the product has been used sparingly, it is a 2hp mixer meant for heavy commercial use. In the last 2 years, I must have taken it out of the box 10 times at the most. First issue the large jar lip was bent out of shape so the lid wouldn't fit properly. It was in warranty so they replaced. See the photo and video and judge for yourself how heavily it has been used.Next, was using the small jar to puree mint leaves (ie not heavy grinding or mixing) and it is stick the base & doesn't come off. The stainless steel jar is rotating freely from the bottom plastic part.If local repair shop is unable to fix it, or does something wrong or breaks something, who will be responsible?Obviously me, because cookwell is clearly interested only in selling, and couldn't care less about a product designed, built and supplied by them. Product is defective by design, I have never seen a jar get so badly stuck on the base (see video).To anyone who is reading the review, don't fall for the positive reviews, after seeing and using the product I really don't think that those reviews are genuine, see photo and video and make a informed decision

Value for money...ease of use... All can buy..l am satisfied with the purchase of mixer

Mixer is functioning properly but as i mentioned its jar are strong enough. also if we want to purchase new jar comaptible to this mixer it is not available. after some heavy duty operation its coupler got damaged also small jar of 1 litre it is not fitting all into mixer due to loosening of rubber grip. i want to purchase new jar but not available in his scenario mixer is useless being good functioning.

I am giving this review based on more than 3 years of usage experience... Initially I hesitated to buy this mixer to use in our restaurant as its usage will be very harsh by our chefs... But it lasted the handling and running time...Coming to the performance side, it runs up to the mark and never disappointed us...As we generally use this for making ginger garlic paste, onion and Kaju pastes we need separate jars for each items, we tried to get spare jars from them by contacting the customer care from their website, and the customer care people responded quick and well...Overall a very nice buy for Us...
