DOCKERSMen's Classic Fit Signature Lux Cotton Pleated Stretch Pants (Regular and Big & Tall)

After 10 years of wearing dockers daily, I am finally done with them. This new stretch fabric does not even last 3 months. I ordered two separate times hoping I just got a bad batch the first time. But once again, after 3 months of wearing and washing weakly, they now have a fuzzy appearance. I used to think the color fading after a year or two sucked, but 3 months is not acceptable.

I have brought Dockers for years and switched to other brand due to their terrible cloth used. I tried them again because the other brand didn't have my size at this time.And, yes, the cloth used is that scratchy heavily chemically treated material.I would guess that Dockers got a great deal on the cheapest cloth available in a third world country because the third world rejected it and are pushing it on us. Their only hope is to use their once stellar name to sell sewage treated material.BTW: third world countries have better cloth then USA.It would be awesome if USA amazon could find and buy directly from third world.

Let me start out by saying Dockers have been my “go to” slacks for work and play for 30+ years.The good; they’re wash and wear, permanent crease and usually overall good quality.The bad; These Dockers Lux Cotton Pants are lint magnets (have a lint roller handy when they come out of the dryer) and why did they shorten the pockets? I have several other pairs with nice deep pockets.My guess is they are trying to save a couple of pennies by shortening the pockets. This could cost Levi/Dockers a lot of customers, me included.My conclusion; 3 stars, no deduct for the lint issues (I have a lint roller), 2 star deduct for the short pockets.Come on Dockers, get with the program!!!

I purchased these because I wanted some decent slacks without spending a lot of money ... and because the brand is reputable. They fit a little tighter than I expected because the product description claimed that they would stretch up to two inches. There is little to no flex in a more traditional sense; I am accustomed to elastic band flex in jeans and trousers, and these do not work the same way. The material and the construction are such that the waist and seat will stretch, but not in the same manner as elastic. No problem for me since I did a little research after they arrived, and since they do not expand like elastic it is an indicator when I put on a pound or two and need to watch my eating and exercise regimes.Overall, these are quality pants. So much so that I have ordered two more pairs.

I'm a heavy guy, 5'11, 280. These pants are by far the most comfortable I have purchased that I did not have tailored to fit. What I mean is, you can get trousers to fit is you tailor them to you; these are just right, right out of the box.

Bought 2 colors..,black and steel head. The black attracts so much lint than the steel head. Both have good quality fabric as always expected with dockers pants but the amount of lint on the black is so shocking that i washed the black pants twice and came out the same amount of lint. I used a lint roller to take it off and seems okay. It is just so annoying if every ironing.. I have to use a lint roller for the whole pants! A waste of time. I hope after several more washing it will not be as bad. Size and length seems to fit well for my 6 foot husband. Goodluck everyone.

Finally found pair that fits well, length and waist were perfect and the material and overall quality seemed good, the only downside was these tend to be a bit of a wrinkle magnet, not holding well through the day, will see if they are better with a strong ironing or dry cleaning vs the first time wear out of the box. 1 star deducted for the wrinkles but otherwise a top notch pair of pants.

Sick of wearing blue jeans every day for five years during my engineering college days, I vowed to never wear them when I graduated in 1985. But, soon it became difficult to keep my vow because the alternatives were no good. That changed when I read about DOCKERS in a case study during my MBA days a couple of years later. I was immediately taken up with the product concept: Casual cotton trousers for people who feel they've outgrown denim. I immediately went and bought my first pair of DOCKERS and continued to do so for the next 20-odd years. Then, suddenly, DOCKERS shut shop in India even though the parent company Levi Strauss continued to operate in India. Luckily for me, I've many friends and relatives who make the USA to India trip at least once or twice a year. So, for the past few years, I order DOCKERS on Amazon USA, have it delivered to my friends / relatives in the US, and request them to hand carry it with them on their next visit to India. Long story short, DOCKERS is the only casual trouser I've been wearing for almost all of the last 34 years. And, thanks to DOCKERS, I've managed to stick to the vow I made in 1985 never to wear blue jeans again!

This is my third pair. I bought two like it at a local store here a long time ago now, so I pretty much knew what I was getting and how it would fit. Everything is as expected. The previous two pairs lasted quite a while, so this new pair is slightly "updated": a few extra bells and whistles, but nothing that changes the fit. I am pleased. Will probably buy again. I don't think the Amazon price here is significantly better than the local store one.

These pants were exactly what I expected. Fit is good and they seem to be very well made. It's nive to be able to buy pants already hemmed to length, rather than pay $50 for a pair then having to pay another $20 to get them taken up.

A little bit big in the waist even though we thought we gave the right measurement. Washed up nicely and quite happy with them so far. Will probably order them again but maybe a size smaller.

My husband likes the quality of Dockers and ordering clothing online for the first time did not disappoint. We ordered his normal size not taking in to account there was stretch to the waist band so they were too big. It was incredibly simple to return the pants and reorder the correct size. The next size down fit perfectly and so we ordered more in other colours.
