Great mic and looks cool!
I bought this to supplement my webcam (which has a horrible microphone). I've not had any issues with the sound on this mic - it picks up everything very well! I love the LED display - it matches the rest of the LED products on my desk. It's a sleek design and doesn't take up much space on my desk. It was easy to set up. Would definitely recommend it!

Well worth the money.
I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and was surprised at the ease of assembly! After the first time to use it, I found it really worth the money I paid.

Pretty good microphone while I had it. I've now upgraded to a FIFINE product.
My current recommendation is that you try the FIFINE K050 Mini-Gooseneck microphone [ B07TD3Q19F ] before trying this one. It's the same style and price … and FIFINE has a strong product/quality reputation. However, I am very satisfied with this product & purchase. You get a lot here for your money. (That may be why the price increased by two dollars since I bought mine last month.)The build quality is high. The gooseneck is metal and it bends and it holds its position very well. The base is apparently plastic but it is weighted so it stands sturdy and could be mistaken for a metal base. It's plug-and-play, no drivers. I don't think it says so anywhere, but the USB is 2.0. Given the small amount of signal this device is moving down the cable, USB 2.0 should be more than adequate.Just to be clear, the CK model lights up blue around the base … the CK-RGB model lights up, well, RGB.The model I see here is a bit different than the one I received when I ordered it a month ago. Mine is not branded XIAOKOA under the on/off switch, rather it is so branded on the base.As shown, there is a little hole above the on/off switch. The vendor has informed me this hole is NOT an LED light to indicate on/off. Rather it is a ventilation hole, as there is a small audio card in the base.I found the pick-up and sound quality is excellent when the microphone is directly next to the source. Crisp with zero background noise. Not bad at 2 feet. At 3 feet, audible but started sounding more like a speakerphone. I bought a USB extension cable … so I can just pick up the microphone and move it right next to me when in use, then I put it off to the far side of my workspace when I am done with it.If the microphone seems to not be working at all, be sure you have gone into your operating system and selected this as your audio input device. For my version of Windows that path is Control Panel / Sounds and Audio Devices / Audio / Sound Recording. Then this device is found in the drop-down menu labeled as "Usb Audio Device."If you find that the pick-up is a bit too low for your needs, adjust the volume in your operating system. For my version of Windows, I followed the above path … then clicked on the Volume button. A windows popped with the Volume adjustment slider. (I ended up with mine slid to the maximum.) Then, below it, was a button titled "Advanced." Clicking that button popped another window with a check box for "1 AGC." AGC surely stands for "Automatic Gain Control." Selecting AGC will tell the microphone's audio card to increase the sensitivity/pick-up, but it will also increase background hiss/noise as well. For me, the microphone functioned better without AGC; your experience may differ. The User's Manual that you can download here shows how to accomplish the same things within the current version of Windows and also within Mac OS.My version of Windows has a little built-in audio recorder you can use to test the functionality and sound quality of the default audio input device. It was found at Windows/system32/sndrec32.exe. I would record using the microphone then playback the recording back to hear the results, so that I could determine the best settings for the microphone. My version of sndrec32.exe issued some error messages while I used it (that I ignored) and I had to restart the program after each recording.I use this mostly for making phone calls through my computer. For that purpose it works extremely well, so long as I set the microphone right next to me, where the voice quality is high and without background hiss/noise. And, again, with a USB extension cable, moving it next to me when in use is a snap.UPDATE: I have amended my review to remove an earlier reference to having this microphone maintain a consistent volume setting in Windows. Said another way, the Windows volume setting would randomly move up or down, mute or even disappear as a device entirely.I have since determined -- through use of a different microphone as well as constant monitoring of the Windows volume settings -- that the issue was NOT due to this microphone or its sound card, but rather by Google Hangouts. It turns out that Hangouts has an auto-adjust volume function built into it that cannot be turned off. The issue is widely reported in various online discussions.

Easy to set up!
I plugged this into my computer, and MS 10 found it with no problems. Plug and play! I needed to add audio to a PP presentation, and this microphone has been great for that. So far, it seems to work well and the sound quality is good.

Very good and affordable
Produces very high quality sound. I have had many microphones over the years and this is one of the best. Very good for the price

Its ok but not super clean
It works well, if you do not go to close when recording, otherwise lots of feedback. Good value for the price. Does the job.

Great Microphone
I got this so that I don't have to wear something on my head while doing my webinars. Love it! Great sound without having to be glued to it.

Works really well as a budget microphone.
Low cost and audio is clear, though not top of the line. If you're talking online, it's great! Mine still works almost five years later

It's all I hoped for.
I use it for picking up the sound of my violin for zoom rehearsals. It works very well.
