It does the job definitely creates a barrier on the skin to not get blisters from shoes. Is like a miracle. My only complaint is that is a reslly small bottle for the price.

Love this stuff. It works really well.

Clear spray, absolutely works

At about 7:30am, I sprayed 2 coats of this across the base of my toes, where these yellow wedges usually give me blisters. It dried quickly and looked a little shiny but not very noticeable. A few hours later, it looked like the photo, like I had extremely dry skin on the top of my foot. That doesn’t really bother me because nobody would really notice. But then it felt a little itchy. But no blisters by the end of the day, so it’s a win in my book!

I recently began getting horrible blisters every time I got on my treadmill - nothing would help - double socks, bandaids, athletic wrap, etc. - the blisters would still occur! After trying almost anything and everything and being defeated, I found this product and figured it didn't hurt to try it. I'm so glad I did! After the application of this spray, I now only have to wear one pair of socks and nothing more! The only thing I would change about this product is that I wish it came in a bigger can as it seems I'm going to be using this every time I get on the treadmill. Otherwise, no complaints!

I have been working weekends at our local Rennisance Faire, and am incredibly blister prone. It was upwards of 95 degrees, with high humidity this past weekend. I had high hopes for this spray, as my usual go to (RunGoo) was not in stock.The spray didn't last long. I got maybe two or three good applications before the small bottle ran out. It took a few minutes to dry, which was frustrating as I was trying to get out the door and over to our morning meeting.The spray just didn't work. I'm not sure if it was because of how hot it was, the spray just sort of came off with the sweat. By the time Sunday was finished, I had blisters ON my blisters.If you're going to be highly active during the day, and on your feet for 12 hours, this just doesn't cut it.

I was a mega fan of the old formula of Pre Heels. It was exceptional. I got the worst blisters of anyone I know, and it prevented me from getting any more. This new stuff doesn't work as well. I need to apply multiple coats to get the same effect, which essentially doubles the cost of the original. It still works fine, but Itself not the value it used to be.

I'm a dancer and my feet take a lot of abuse. This is easy to apply and significantly reduces the blisters and skin irritation. Sadly it doesn't change the aches and pains of the muscles and joints inside the feet, but it's really nice not having to fight with band aids and tape when I wear strappy heels.
