"Perfect fan" maybe
The noises is kind of quiet and for rotation it makes a loud sound (don't have it rotate especially when you watch a horror movie)The air flow is perfect it's coolSpeed has only 2 settings and there is a timerValue for money is alrightRemote control there isn't a remote control
