I love 💕 optimum nutrition in general but this shakes are for my special days. It is pricey but worth it for your important presentation date for clients , or work days , exams or sports days to perform high . Stronger than powders and one bottle covers whole day ! My hairs get lovely too with nutrition. Some people might experience hamster effects of hyper activie attitude and cannot sleep easily if taken consecutively so I take this only on my special day !

these are great shakes shakes, i had been buying the 500ml with 50G of protein, strangely, they aren't available at them moment, but the 330 will do in the meantime

I am extremely disappointed with the order we received for this protein shake. Upon inspection, we discovered that the expiration date had been deliberately tampered with—specifically, the year "2024" was altered to appear as "2026." This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about product safety and integrity.To make matters worse, the product was delivered in a plastic bag instead of a properly sealed box, further calling into question its authenticity and handling. This is not only a breach of trust but also a potential health risk.

I tried these drinks, it’s just personal taste but I didn’t really enjoy them. They seem quite watery compared to other drinks of the same sort of calories.
