Low Cost Low Quality
I bought this as it had the ISI mark. The heater is low cost and provides good heating. However the wiring is low quality. The supply cord shorted at the plug and the short circuit current melted the plug and receptacle. Cost me more to repair than the cost of the heater.

i had ordered one heater. the rod got burnt in 2 days. i asked for a replacement, which was sent on time. the new heater also became unservisable within 3 days of use. asked for replacement, since it has a year guarantee, no reply since 24 dec 19.

Cheap product
This a very cheap productWithin 3 days of using one of its rods stopped workingSecondly the seller tapes every part of the box so that when you open the box it cover peels off and you cant return the product

Garbage.
Garage. Used it for the first time today, first it smelled like burning wire and then with a spark it started burning. Return period got over yesterday. Buy charcol instead of this heater.

In nine days the product stopped working and it clearly said one season warranty.!!Very very disappointed
