These are easy to install and adjust. I had a project piece that sat in my garage for too long, and the extreme heat warped one door, enough so that the magnetic catch wouldn’t hold. After a couple of months of the door being closed in the correct position, it has readjusted to a flat panel.

I used these to hold closed a shoji screen that I’d mounted with a hinge to one jam in a doorless entrayway. I needed a way to secure the screen to the other jam when the screen was in use, and this did the trick. It’s small yet sturdy - with just enough heft; it opens with ease, and looks so nice. Happy with my purchase!

Added a hinge and these latches to make the top of a round antique "pie crust" table fold down. They appear to be sold brass and durable, still scratching my head why they would include steel screws instead of brass. -1⭐

Hard to find latches with a low enough profile to fit the repurposed salvage windows I installed in the garden house, these do have that lower profile but not the all-corners-rounded look of the classic older hardware. 5 stars because even with the not-old-timey-enough look, they are easy to install, secure, and a little bit adjustable.

I purchased these finger latches to replace a similar item that had broken its spring. These are a common type of latch here in the US, manufactured for many years and for multiple applications.The items purchased as a replacement are 20% smaller in size, and of a much lighter (flimsy) construction..Perhaps they would be suitable for a light-duty new application, but they are not suitable as either a replacement for Perko or other US brand latches, nor are they suitable for a long term medium or heavy- duty use. You can see in the pics the physical differences of the finger latch. The included catch for the latch is equally flimsy.Frankly, you get what you pay for. And these are cheap.
