It is not "cheap" but you get what you pay for. It is well made (materials and zippers seem durable) and well designed and thought out for the user. I am happy so far, let's see how it lasts a year or two from now.

I got this for my son who does a ton of traveling for work. It is not good for longer trips as it doesn’t hold very much, but it holds the basics he needs for a quick trip, which I guess is why they refer to it as a ‘casual daypack’. It’s light and not bulky, and it stands up on its own without falling over (but only when filled). They put a lot of thought into the design, but it is way too pricey, $180 at the time of this review, and I just don’t see the justification for this high of a price. Maybe if it lasts a long, long time...I will let you know how it holds up.

Very sturdy bag and lots of space for my items. My laptop is very well protected.

Overall a good product. Just very disappointed that the advertised zipper pull tads were not included. Kind of spoiled the whole experience.

Excellent bag apart from the zippers clicking against one another when walking -- which really minimal in noise.
