These pills are easy to swallow and make me feel healthier all around. I've been taking Vitamin C every day for over a year now and have only gotten sick once when I was exposed to a severely ill child. My cold's life seemed greatly shortened by continuing to take this Vitamin C and Solgar Zinc as well. I strongly believe this stuff works. The vitamin bottle is designed dark for a reason, apparently sunlight can weaken the potency of the vitamins, so with the darker bottle it stops this from happening. I'm not a scientist and don't know if there is truth to this or not, but the brand makes a quality product and I stand by it.

I have been using this supplement for 5 years now and it’s a great immune support for a day to day basis. The Ester-C formulation is much more gentle for my stomach and has better results in a long run.
