Q: Is this unit wall mountable?

It appears to be. There are four screw hanger holes in the back panel. I wouldn't expect to see those if it wasn't designed to be wall-mountable.

Q: Is there a way to turn off the backlight for the display on this?

LCD BrightnessHere's what I found: Tap the button repeatedly to advance to the LCD Brightness display marked "LCD". Pressthe button to select Medium Backlight (default), High Backlight or Dim Backlight.Note: After 2 minutes of inactivity, the backlight will revert to the Dim setting until a button is pressed.

Q: I let mine drain to zero for a few weeks, and now it won't recharge. Anyone know if there's a way to recharge it?

umm if its not recharging the minute you let it drain and its been well over 3hrs then there's something with the battery. send them an email and let them know what happened and I'm pretty sure they will take care of you the way they took care of me. great customer service man
