Great book with many wonderful recipes for skin care, house cleaning and even things for your pets.

This book is an incredible resource for your natural care library. I am taking my time going through all of the great recipes. I am looking forward to adding some great products to my body care collection.

This book is so informative and easy to understand. I have tried so many recipes from it already and have been so impressed.

This book is fantastic. It is one of my favorites. I love all the color photos! She explains different types of carrier oils, beeswax, Shea butter, essential oils, clays etc. She provides recipes that are easy to make. I love that her recipe also includes substitutions. I made the detangler for my granddaughters and they love it. It works perfectly! I plan to make more of her recipes. I highly recommend this book!

This book isn’t bad, it just isn’t what I was looking for. So it’s a little hard to rate it. This book has a lot of info and is wonderful for someone who likes to make products to use at home with readily available ingredients found mostly at your local grocery store. I was looking for something that teaches how to formulate cosmetics and skincare with more ingredients that aren’t found at your local grocery stores. I guess I was looking for something that teaches more about chemicals and preservatives. And the fundamentals of formulating with those ingredients that offer a more shelf stable product. The chemistry of everything.

From balms to salves to shampoo to pet care, this book is practical and easy to make all the things! With this book, you now know what's in your products that you are using. No fake stuff, no chemicals, no additives. There's so many "recipes" in here!

As someone interested in pursing soap/lotion/balm making, I have read and ordered multiple books over the last few months and I have finally found the one that meets all my needs ... straightforward directions with beautiful photos, not overly complicated ingredients that are easily sourceable and an absolute cornucopia of recipes for salves, balms, bars, lotions etc. This one's a keeper and I will enjoy testing out the recipes.
