This cleared up a sinus infection and related eustachian tube problems when all other remedies -- prescription AND over-the-counter had failed. It's also much easier to use than a neti pot. It cleared up the problems in just a few days. These are things I had been wrestling with for months! I highly recommend.

Bought this after going to doctors for a URI, because he suggested using a neti pot. I purchased this product instead since it offered everything that was needed. Setup is easy and it comes with enough product for fifty uses. Feels a little weird as flushing begins. Kid of like swimming and getting water up your nose. But it seals easily to nose and works well. I use distilled water and clean it after every use per directions. That part is very important since you don't want to recontaminate your nose with subsequent uses. It is a quick and easy process to clean with dish soap per instructions. After nasal lavage my nasal passages feel nice and clear. I will buy another for my summertime allergies.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My Navage sinus cleaning system was no longer strong enough to clean out my nasal/sinus passages. I had tried the Neilmed years earlier but without realizing it I was missing a piece and it was awkward and messy to use it. I gave Neilmed another try and it has the parts and worked better and cleaned up more easily than Navage. I had left over saline capsules which I used in the Neilmed. After 3 months of use my nose is cleaner, much more open and I am discharging much less nasal mucus Ease of cleaning:Rinses easily.

It feels a little wonky blasting water through your nostrils, but … I learned a slow smooth squish of the bottle works a lot better! Really works, great value!

Works great. Low price, geta new one every season. Fill bottle with water, never tap water, 20 seconds in the microwave, pour medicine in shake, flush. Flushes sinuses clean. Comes with plenty of medicine.

Each little packet is the precise dose; dissolves completely mixed with eight (8) ounces of lukewarm DISTILLED WATER in the accompanying bottle.For me, the squeeze bottle is much easier to use than a Neto pot. Also, the sealed packets keep the contents fully dry and free-flowing, for months, even when stored in a damp bathroom.
