It gets one star because two of the USB charging ports were DOA. Also, the shiny white plastic against the black plastic makes it unattractive and cheap looking. The low price may justify the aesthetics part but not the dead USB charging ports.The seller has been amazingly proactive to remedy the two out of four USB DOA issue. They have responded to the original one star rating by offering to ship a new unit with no strings attached! They have followed up the offer in a second email! All this without any action from me other than the original low rating. The original unit has worked flawlessly except the two of four USB ports, but that is a minor issue that the seller made it painless to remedy!

I bought this power strip because the need for charging devices is unbelievable these days. I bought this to keep in my kitchen when i have family and friends over after many months of many people asking me, hey do you have a apple or samsung charger? so i bought this power strip and it satisfied all my needs. now when people ask for a charger they know exactly where it is and i have all of the cords they need plugged into the outlets so they do not have to go without a charge and i do not have to go grab my personal charger in my own bedroom. 5 stars does not justify, i highly recommend purchasing this and i recommend at least every home has one, you will not regret the purchase

Due to issue of popping and cracking sound followed by strange smells of my other purchase, the "Bestten Multi-Functional Charging Station Tower: 6-Outlet Surge Protector with 4 USB Charging Ports (4.2A Total), Overload Protection, 6 Feet Cord" which I use at my job, I am now concerned about this product, GREATLY.This was my first time purchasing from this brand, now I am afraid it will set fire to my home.I have only had this product for a few weeks, and only two USB charger cables were plugged in for a phone and ipad when the popping, cracking and smells happened.Purchased for convenience, now I'm concerned about the safety of my home._______________________Update: long over due. They replaced the units with newer ones for no extra charge, and I have had 0 issues since.So issue was resolved, happily.

I bought this to use at my bedside table. the power strips never stayed upright. this takes care of that problem. The only issue I have with this product is the power light. IT IS BRIGHT! Being in my bedroom, I don't like that. A small little red light would have been sufficient. it's a giant blue light. I put a bunch of duct tape over it to dim as much as possible. Which mostly helps

I thoroughly enjoy this product. I recently purchased this for use on conference room tables in a construction job site trailer for work and it works very well. The low profile of this charging station is perfect as it not obtrusive. Our staff members love the ability to plug their devices in directly from the table and no longer have to run extension cords to the wall to charge the computer of iphone. Perfect for longs meeting!I have used some others in the past, this one is by far the easiest to turn on and off with the built in power button. Some competing products are very confusing.

My initial order as not as expected, so I returned it and the Bestten team followed-up to fix the error. I received a new power tower and it is great! It is sturdy and well constructed. I especially like the flush plug and the multiple outlets.Thank you for listening to my feedback on my previous order and proactively correcting the issue. I am a definite Bestten customer when looking for future technology and power needs.

This charger seems to work just fine. I like how you can use every plug without having an issue with over-sized adapters. My only complaint is the plug to the wall is very thick and straight, I wanted to put it behind a cabinet but because the plug sticks straight out I had to pull the cabinet a good three inches away from the wall. Not desirable. I wish it had one that the cable comes out sideways or something.

I love the USB charging ports. And I love that it's made to sit on a desktop vs the floor. That makes it so much easier to charge a phone or device while using it. I wish it had rubber stoppers on the bottom to keep it from sliding around. The power button sticks and you need to press it two or three times to get it unstuck. The light is annoying at night if you want to charge something in your room while you sleep. But for the price, it works great, and I would probably buy it again instead of paying more $ for a different usb combo, desktop power-strip.

This is a lovely power station. My only issue with it is the one that came is not the one that was advertised. It's advertised as having 4 power outlets and 4 USB ports. The one that came has 6 power outlets and 0 USB ports. I'm fine with that but if you really want the USB ports, it would appear this item is not what you want (or perhaps Amazon made a shipping error?)

Good enough. Would be better with surge protection. Darker colours would also be nice.

Quality of the product is not as great but its much better then many other product of similar kind. I like how the product handles multiple charing points due to the round nature of the design. very smarty done.

Good combination of power and usb socket. I bought it for the spacing between the sockets as my current extension cord doesn't allow multiple power adapters.
