I don't currently have my ruler with me so unfortunately you'll have to do without the measurement confirmation but I do have an average size water bottle for comparison; if you read the full description I'm sure the measurements are somewhere but I'd say for this product the weight matters more than the size of the pscket. I saw a few reviews stating that the package had been ripped and spilled salt inside the box, I did not experience this as my package was perfectly intact. I use this salt for fertiliser as the magnesium and sulfate are very good minerals for plant growth as well as the water of crystallisation being so high in MgSO4 that it adds more water to the plant, meaning it won't harm your soil like other salts. Due to my usage of the salts, I cannot attest to their usefulness when used to aid muscle contraction and pain relief however I'm sure they work as well as other magnesium sulfate epsom salts as chemicals are chemicals no matter what brand. I have searched online on many sites and this specific product had the best price out of all of them so for that I recommend this product to everyone. 5 stars!

Helps with aching muscles, also dissolves quickly & leaves no residue which is useful. Would definitely recommend & will purchase again.

Makes bath water smooth like velvet, leaving your skin soft and smooth. You need to soak for as long as you can while the bath water stays warm to get the best benefit. Epsom salts used to be used a lot in the 1960s. I used to take a bath at my grandmother’s house in those days, and we always used Epsom salts, so this is a blast from the past for me!They used to say the magnesium sulphate was good for the bones as well.

Bag had a large slit and contents in the box, box had a hole in the corner so contents spilt
