The 7 Best Things (Happy) Couples Do

Didn't finish the book. I don't know if it was more on relevant to me or just a long read. Could have been condensed.

As a family therapist, I have ordered many copies of this book through the years to loan or give to client couples, as it contains a great deal of helpful, encouraging information for couples and is a very good read.

This book is very insightful and interesting! I couldn't put it down. My mom, sister, and aunt have all read it too. It is good for relationships that are just starting and relationships that have been in place for years. It really helped me to understand why me or my spouse do certain things. Very interesting!

Has good suggestions and is written in a simple & easy to understand format. Good springboard for discussion & thought.

Absolutely love this book. As a Psychology student this is a valuable tool.

Maybe you need a little nudge to show you how bad your relationship really is! Maybe the opposite is true and you need confirmation that you have a good relationship. This book gives good advice whether you decide to end the relationship or work on it.

Very good. Deals with some "abstract" concepts in easy to relate to ways. Very human and humane toward the reader. Recommended to me by another therapist who bought it for herself and found it great for work.

A Good Read For Every Adult!

there are some good points in this book but it's not as great as other books I've read by the same authors. This one was just way too long (full of stories that bored ME to death) for no particular reason. It is also quite restricted to American culture (as a European I found some chapters not useful to me personally) but it was a good read overall.

Found many interesting ideas. Glad I bought it
