First of all, my experience with Delta has been great over the rest...hands down really. It seems they are the only products that never leak right out of the box! This is my SECOND purchase of the same showerhead that finally aged and calcified due to hard water. This time, I also bought 2 of them (the other for the opposite side) and both are perfect! The first thing that excels is the flow rate, which is 2.5 vs 1.75 gpm. With BOTH of them on at the same time, it's still great! It's something to look for if you want no restrictions without having to fiddle with the limiter. I love how it's fully customizable, too with all the different settings. You literally just screw this on and you're done....super easy. Some have mentioned with the newer units that the showerhead hose is cheap, plasticky, and hard. Well, it kind of is, but as others have mentioned, just hit it with good hot water and with continued use, it QUICKLY becomes pliable and functional. They are pretty rugged actually. I hope this helps anyone considering these. Don't hesitate!

Absolutely love them, they really help for my guest bathroom for my father who has Parkinson’s. I have seats in both the guest bathroom and my master bathroom because it’s nice to sit down sometimes lol, but I love how long the wand is and the button that conserves water while you’re lathering up or shaving. This has been my best purchase for the family. It’s helped with cleaning the tub, washing the dog, and keeping ourselves clean. It has paid for itself over and over again and I love it.It’s kept up with the age of time. Still looks new. If you get this, buy extra plumbers tape. No matter how much you think you need, you’ll need more. I had to redo it a few times until I got it right. Still don’t regret though because just the dog washing ability alone has made this purchase worth it! We’ve had this 3 years now and love it!

This shower head does exactly what I need it to do - wash the dog😊. Makes the job of cleaning the shower afterwards much easier, as well. However, I wasn't all that happy with the quality. While it looks nice enough, I wish Delta offered an upgraded version of this faucet to go with my other fixtures. This one is not all metal, but rather a hard plastic in places. You really can't tell from a distance but obviously, you can see/feel it in the shower. It was easy to install and works great.

This will be used in main shower. Looks great and easy to install and use.I do not care for the plastic hose, very flimsy. But good value for the money.

This has a great design. Easy snap in and out for the hand held wand. Great pressure after the restrictor is removed.Easy to install. Use teflon tape on the metal to plastic connection for no leaks. Not crazy about the plastic hose but it works.

Installed the shower head yesterday. Installation was very easy.Spray pressure was not what I expected. I removed the screen and flow restrictor and reinstalled. Spray pressure problem was generally resolved.Other reviewers had noted problems with the hose for the hand held unit. I did not observe the problems noted by others. Hose is very flexible and works fine.Review #2 - I liked this well enough that I purchased another one for a second shower!

Price is somewhat high for something that feels/weighs like light plastic. If it is a metal alloy, it should say so on the box instead of leaving us to guess. Other than this, I am very happy - especially with the hose that is 72” instead of the usual 60”.
