I had purchased a new chair at the beginning of the pandemic to work at home and it was working OK until about a month ago. I had been sliding out of the previous chair and the padding on the seat was shrinking and my posterior felt it every day. I also couldn't move the arms down, but could move them up about 6 inches, which, HUH?Thought I'd try a gaming chair. Got it and put it together over the weekend, pretty easy to do with 2 people. Love the footrest and massaging part!! It's nice to have more back support and the arm rests are nice and low. My shoulder isn't hurting and that's a miracle. However, the seat itself is a bit hard. I put a seat cushion on it to help and it is better overall. It helps on those 9-hour work days. I also love the black/hot pink. Very rad! It's nice to have a higher back with a neck support pillow in case I want to lean back, and I can actually sit all the way back without feeling like a kid. Haven't actually gamed in it, but I'm sure the same issues would apply for long gaming sessions!Overall, a great chair for the money and comfort!

I just received the chair like way before I was supposed to, so that's a plus! Initially, I wasn't expecting it to fit under my nail desk with the arm rests, since I knew the widest measurement listed is 29 inches & under my desk is 28, but I didn't care. But then after I put it together I was able to make my widest measurement only 26 3/4 inches, it all depends on how you screw the armrests in. You can screw the armrests in as close to the chair as possible if you choose.I was a bit worried initially that the reclining feature was broken because I couldn't get the lever to tilt it back before putting it together. But once it was all put together it worked perfectly!Super happy with my purchase! I'm excited to use the foot rest to paint my toes :)**Update**It's been like over a month and I have sat in this chair for literally hours at a time with complete comfort. But, keep in mind, this is coming from someone that doesn't have back issues so I can't speak for everyone. Just saying that this chair hasn't made me sore after sitting in it for hours doing my nails and/or needle felting. I needle felt for at least 5 hours at a time lol anyway, I still recommend this chair.

I had a very hard time deciding on a work chair, but I’m so glad I selected this one! I easily assembled it myself in about 30 minutes w/the included hardware only. It’s SOOO comfortable! I have arthritis in my lower back, and the massage function is such a bonus. It not only alleviates/prevents the fatigue from sitting at my desk all day but also alleviates and prevents the pain. There’s plenty of padding in the seat and back. Neck and back rest pillows are both at good positions and heights.Arrived very well packed and sooner than estimated arrival date.Only 3 drawbacks (all relatively minor): The arm rests swivel too easily and don’t really fully lock into place. The contoured sides of the back of the seat could be wider. The leg rest would be even better if it extended further—I’m 5’6.5” and the far edge of it only comes to about half-calf length. None of these things would prevent me from either recommending or making the same choice.

i had an old office chair before this one and it’s such an amazing upgrade. my posture was so terrible in the old chair but this one helps my back with the back pillow. the head rest is also a plus, along with the foot rest. at first i didn’t think i would use the foot rest but when i’m watching streams or movies i can just lay back in my seat. this seat a lot of sturdier as well, it’s not too soft and cushiony which i personally like bc the longer i sit in a soft chair the more my back hurts. you can even adjust the arm rest and the chair goes up pretty high, i’m 5’4” and i can’t touch the ground with my feet at the highest setting. i’m terrible at building things but i was able to build the entire chair myself, literally just screwing bolts in, super simple, only one page of instructions. this chair also came in like 4 days which is so fast. 10/10, i’m hoping this chair lasts me a long time bc i love it.

I bought this chair for my wife and she absolutely loves it.

The chair is extremely hard to get comfortable in. If you are a bigger person or like to sit with your legs crossed the seat is not at all designed for you. The arms are too low as well, making the arm rests feel almost pointless. This is also a chair I would probably purchase a seat cushion for as there is no good butt support. If you game for long periods of time this chair is NOT designed for you.

Have been using the chair for my work from home set up. The chair has a variety of function that caught my eye - the arm rest being detachable was a huge plus - fully reclining (not going to lie a little scary your first, time brace yourself!) almost laying down is great for down time - cool extra pillows that are also detachable which is nice cause I can switch in my other heated massager - overall great chair for the price. The customer service so far has been above and beyond - issue with the arm rest when putting it together - they sent me a replacement - I swear got the replacement before I got their message! Will try to update to add a photo. I would definitely buy again!
