I had received a personal steamer last week that I gave 1star and got rid of. Ordered this unit in the hopes it was close to the description. Exceeds my expectations. Easy to hold. Fits wonderfully well and you get to inhale almost all of the steam. Love the carry bag that comes with it. Even holds a bottle of distilled water so you are good to go. If you have sinus issues or asthma check with your doctor but I believe this will help.

The product worked for a period of 2 months. During this time I had issues with the power error light coming on in which the instructions suggested replacing the distilled water in the reservoir. This problem grew worse until it no longer worked regardless of the distilled water I used. It is not worth the investment if it is extremely sensitive to the distilled water used in the product. The company was fast to respond to my request but provided no value. If one cannot use steam evaporated distilled water of any manufacturer in the unit than what good is it? I would not recommend to anyone. Beware of all products made by this company that use distilled water to operate.

Since it uses distilled water it is better than an ultrasonic humidifier that can and does have bacteria in the water.

I like that I can use water from my own distiller rather than having to purchase it although one gallon of distilled water would probably last all winter if used only once daily. I don't have any sinus issues but it just feels good in the drier winter air. I use it while watching TV sitting in my recliner.

We got this unit as an alternative to the standard Vicks product which we have used for allergies for years. Unfortunately, when we tried the unit the mask was very difficult to attach, the unit holds too little water to be effective, and after filling it with distilled and filtered water, the unit simply didn't work. We returned it with a couple of other items in the same box, but haven't received a refund.

My allergies and sinuses are always bothering me. I sneeze often, blow my nose, clearing my throat and many times can’t sleep because of it. I purchased this so I can have it on my nightstand for the middle of the night episodes. The mask was very difficult to put on. Took a lot of effort to snap it together.Once I got it together, I added bottled water. I didn’t realize distilled water was a whole different type of water. It absolutely will not work unless you have distilled water, so get distilled water. I finally got the distilled water and you only need about an ounce if water to run it. You have to use it sitting up, otherwise the water drips out and it stops working.I let it run for a couple of minutes before using for the steam to warm up. I put the mask to my face and it starts working well then the steam gets cold for about a minute and then it gets warm again. I don’t know if it’s supposed to do this, but I don’t like it and it doesn’t help my sinuses at all.The product does help when the steam is warm, but isn’t easy to use and not very comfortable. The adult mask is also a little too big.

I bought this in September only and it has already stopped working. It worked for about two months before giving a constant power error issue. There is also a design flaw in this inhaler which makes it little difficult to handle while in use. Basically, the stopper/lid for the water reservoir comes off very easily (it seems like either the lid is not a proper fit or there is complete absence of any lid/ stopper locking mechanism). And due to this water usually spills while the inhaler is in use. These kind of issues (power issues, cheap/ faulty design etc.) are not expected from an expensive inhaler like this one and from PureGuardian who has a good reputation in building steam inhalers, humidifier etc.

This warm steam mister is just the best, it keeps my nasal passages and throat moist and clear.
