I already own this on CD@ the Extended CD release that came out last year/but I am so glad I got this remastered vinyl copy @ was not disappointed!/This album has always been my favorite album of hers/the sound is so great I can not explain it!/

I used to have this album on cassette back in the 80s and hadn't heard it in a very long time so was eager for the vinyl to arrive. ALF is every bit as good as I remembered. Warm, crystal clear and doing great at 32!

This CD is all the evidence you need to claim Alison Moyet deserved to have more recognition in the United States. While undoubtedly influenced by classic soul singers, she is never imitative. Moyet has a style and voice all her own. The songs allow her to show her range and the depth of her unique talent.

I'd forgotten how AMAZING Alison Moyet's voice is. This CD got me through many times (good & bad) in the late 80's. So happy to have found ALF again.

I highly recommend this Alison Moyet cd! If you love Alison Moyet's brilliant voice, you need to have this in your collection.
