Q: Product works great but always turns to liquid. It is not exposed to heat. Why is this happening?

I asked the company and they said to shake the tube prior to opening. If it feels like liquid, let the tube sit at room temperature for up to 24 hours until it returns to gel form. The active ingredient in Plus White is sensitive to hot and cold temperatures, but will be 100% effective when it regains its gel form.

Q: I don't have stains and I clean every six months, but my teeth are just naturally yellow. Will this be effective?

I have naturally yellow teeth. My dentist said that this is the result of genetics which controls the color of dentin (the inside of the tooth). It is not a result of stains on enamel which this product quickly resolves. However, he told me that using this 3 times a week would result in whiter teeth because it ultimately penetrates the enamel. I use it in the morning when I shower. It took about 3 months but I now see that my front teeth are several degrees whiter than the molars which are not covered in the tray. I don't exceed 5 minutes since my teeth start to ache from the chemical. My dentist assures me that used in moderation it is not harmful.

Q: I smoke and i need to know if i can use this on finger nails. i came up with the idea but i don't wan't to waste my money?

You don't want to hear you should quit smoking duh you know that. Anyway.. I'm not sure it would work on nails but I've heard of soaking in vinegar or lemon juice. Takes a little bit but after all they didn't get discolored overnight either.
