I am doing well so far, though I occasionally experience some nausea. I might need to take it while eating food. We will give it a try. I feel that it has been beneficial for me after one week of taking one pill daily. It is easy to swallow.

zinc is important for vitD absorption so I try to take it every day. It has other benefits too. the pills are easy to swallow and no taste.

I have taken a lot of different brands of zinc, but this one I can feel a difference.I have an overall feeling of feeling better .It has helped my hormones because of my feeling studdy more than normal.All men should really try this and feel the pill(zinc).
