Basically the exact quality of the 20 and 30 dollar mounts the screws being hex head isn't my favorite but they all seem like the same factory to me.

Almost perfect!
Ok I gave four stars because of the hex screws do not fill the head gap sitting flush in the screw hole. I reused my old hardware from my weaver rail which were flush and filled the hole with no gap, the gap with the hex screws is very small. The rail is perfect holes lined up and I mounted my Bushnell red dot on it.
