Great for Holding Shopping Bags Together
I use these clips to hold my reuseable shopping bags together. Since more locations are urging, if not requiring (like NJ), you to use reuseable bags, and since it's the environmentally sound thing to do, I like to keep several bags in each car for the spur-of-the-moment shopping trip. These clips hold the bags together easily and sturdily (started out with clothes pins, then large paper clamps which were inadequate for the purpose). The clips are easy to open to clamp the bags, and secure them (they don't unclip). Some have complained about how hard the clips are to open. I found them to be very easy to open, the squeeze grips providing good leverage.

Perfect for large sketchbooks
I have a nice Stillman & Birn sketchbook, that unfortunately does not lay flay. These are a great solution! I've also used one on my small sketchbook to keep both sides open. I hope they will last, the seem well made. People complaining about the micro scratches are being silly. It's just a clip and it does it's job. Wabi-sabi!

Very big
Great for holding open the pages of larger books. The clips were a little stiff to start with but are very strong and sturdy and won’t fall off easily. Really good value for money.
