Not as advertised.
While this book does list many recipes, it does not live up to what is advertised. No ready made shopping lists. No step by step care instructions for the Pit Boss. No explanation of what type of pellets to use for what. If all you need is recipes the book is just ok. If you are looking for areas as advertised, look elsewhere.

A few really nice recipes and how to tips along the way but also a lot of wordy meaningless pages.
To much bla bla bla to really be considered handy with just enough actual content to get put on the self instead of the trash can !
