I would love to give it no stars, but you have to give it something. This thing was ridiculously expensive and my daughter plugged it in to use it and all this brown stuff starts coming out of the little black thing in the middle of the water. Is this a scam to make people think that this brown stuff is coming out of their body when it’s really coming out of the black thing in the middle. I can’t get a refund for it because it’s past the refund date and it was a present that’s why it was opened so late What a joke rip off stay away!

Great product, it definitely pulled some yuck out of me. I love the plastic bags included. Less mess!!

The only issue I had was the salt your supposed to use wasn't specified ? I had one of these ionic Foot bathes before, and the amount of salt, rock salt was used made the water turn to mud , the salt I've been using is granulated and takes a lot more to even get the water to change colors ? Any ideas ,because takes a whole lot more salt than the bathe is supposed too?
