Works very well. Ratchet teeth are precise and plentiful. Item fits perfectly into the leather man surge case along with extra bits and saw blade. Really compliments the surge well and I find that the ratchet effect is far easier than trying to turn the entire tool with the classic bit extender. Works well for household tasks and I do not doubt the durability of this tool. I have no issue with the item being made in Taiwan, as Taiwanese steel is excellent and the majority of tools are also made there. I would prefer something made in the US, but it is a non issue for something so small and of such high quality. Know the limitations and use the right tool for the job, as in don’t overturn it and it shouldn’t break as some seem to worry about or suggest. I do make sure to lock the ratchet mechanism before replacing it in the leather man sheath, which I feel may prolong the tools lifespan. Overall it is an excellent tool and if it were to break in 3+ years out of warranty I would happily purchase a new one to replace it. I also really appreciate that it will work with standard bits just in case, but I do not expect to need the feature. Overall I would highly recommend this tool and I appreciate the design as it compliments my leather man surge. Unless you are planning on abusing it I would recommend it over the classic but drive extender tool, despite the short warranty period.

Good build quality. Ratchet a little stiff with moderate back drag, but works well enough. Don't have a Leatherman tool. I use it with a non-ratcheting multibit stubby screwdriver as a bit holder/extender when such is needed. Buying a second one to shorten the length of the 1/4 inch shaft to fit in a small carrying case.

What an incredible add-on! It feels solid. I haven't used it yet, but I'm super excited to use it. I hope it lasts like my PST 2 has. I need to get a HoldMyGear belt clip to carry it in.

I use this with my Leatherman Wave+ and the optional bit kit. It is easily set to ratchet for driving or removing fasteners, or it can be locked to not ratchet and all for use as a rigid nut driver shaft. A great addition to the innovative bit kit for the Wave+ (or other models that hold bits).

Excellent addition to my Leatherman in my tool kit. Functions perfect and has a nice slick design. Fits right into everything.

This is definitely very nice, looks well-made, and works well. My only issue was that it was a little on the expensive side.I’m able to use the bits with the Leatherman much more effectively this, even with the regular screwdrivers, and with the additional bit set, it allows me to do more.

Got this to go with my leatherman Arc. Not not only can I use regular bits , but the ratchet function make tasks so much faster and easier

Nice it, I keep in my edc kit. Used it once and it was great.
