I just used this Gummy Ultra Hold Hair Wax & this is a very good product. It has a strawberry flavored smell on my hair, it holds some of my short hair strands down, & it is not waxy but a little oily. This Gummy Hold makes my silver/white hair shine & has daily longevity hold. A very good product & price.

I use this on my slick backs as the final product and on my baby hairs to lay them down. The hold is definitely there, it's not a hard or crunchy hold but similar to a soft mold that you'd get from a pomade. The scent is sweet and fruity and reminds me of jolly ranchers. The durability however, is not very favorable for humidity. As soon as I went outside, the fly aways started curling up and my hair was no longer "slick". Even when I wasn't outside, if I started to sweat just a little, my baby hairs started to curl upwards again. I typically use gels and I don't have this issue, but my hair strands tend to be coarse and highly reactive to water/humidity. For reference, I have 4a/3c hair.

I absolutely LOVE this edge control. Specifically this one. It’s the best one out of the whole collection, TRUST ME. the other ones will leave residue and just aren’t as strong but as a female with black hair this little item has SLICKED back my hair the whole school year. The texture of it is kind of similar to jam — maybe a little harder than jam even. It dries pretty quickly and will give you that nice sleek look. The ONE con I will say about gummy wax edge control though is that sometimes, it does melt a little. I haven’t really had this problem with this pink one but definitely with the other ones and that’s why I’m 100% confident in saying this one is the best one.
