I chose the Maybelline Color Sensational Matte Nude 988 Brown Sugar option, and have mixed feelings about it. The colour is gorgeous, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. There’s a decent amount of pigment to it, and although it is matte, it’s not as matte as I expected it to be. It does have a strong smell and that takes quite a while to wear off or become unnoticeable. The biggest issue for me is that it just doesn’t last and needs to be reapplied frequently, or you end up with what looks like dark lipliner around your lips and nothing else. I’m more of an ‘apply it and forget girl’ so although I will occasionally wear this it's not the every day staple that I was hoping for.

This is a nice dark green colour which stays on well.

Definitely not coral so disappointed, more of a bright pink.

I am very satisfied - it is the second time I have purchased this lipstick on line.

Exactly what my niece wanted!Not available in shops and cheaper than similar items in popular cosmetic high street retailers.
