Ok so this does not work well for energy necessarily, not for me anyway. I stick with caffeine pills for energy in the morning to workout. I noticed if I take this product before working out, it only adds stress to my heart, not a boost of energy at all.I took it later in the afternoon today way after my workout this morning and I notice a nice mood boost. I feel more upbeat and social. I do not feel a surge of energy though at all. Not good for energy in my case so it's disappointing in that way.

I have one pill at my bedside with water ready to take after I hit snooze on my alarm. It puts the kick in my step that I need to keep sluggish delay from my morning routines. I skip days when unnecessary to avoid tolerance and dependence.

Id start by saying most days i have multiple large coffees, energy drinks and sodas. So im very use to regular caffiene, I ordered this to aid in my weightloss journey, I was already seeing alot of success when I read about ephedra & caffeine stacks. Trying to save money I decided to purchase this instead. I researched and read over the ingredients, everything seemed alright until the day I actually took them! I started with one pill before work with my breakfast. Fast foward to lunch I didn't feel anything abnormal and decides to take another because the instructions say take up to 3 but no more. About an hour after I took the second one I felt extremely anxious, nauseas, super jittery like a very very bad speed comedown. I was anxious and acting weird all night. I barley slept & felt sick the next morning all the way untill lunch time 24 hours after my last dose. These are not worth it. There are many many better options. Fast foward a week I split one capsule in half and felt my heart pounding although it wasn't anything compared to the first time. These have now found a permanent home in my local dump. DO NOT BUY THESE. IF I COULD RATE LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD.
