Common Core Practice - 4th Grade English Language Arts: Workbooks to Prepare for the PARCC or Smarter Balanced Test: CCSS Aligned

Great examples and extra text that align for test prep!

I bought 4th and 5th grade ELA/Reading Lumos Common Core practice books. I use them for additional practice, homework, for the students based on the standards we are finishing or finished. They work great for homework or intervention when need additional practice on standards. I like how they are organized by standard, So far these are the best workbooks I’ve found and would recommend using these books in your classroom.

The articles were engaging for the students and the questions were good too. I use the book to give quick assessments for standards based grading. I am happy to have found the book so I don't have to be constantly looking for material. It's all there.

I bought sets of English and Math Lumos Learning Common Core prictice book in both grade 6 and 4 (total of 4 books). All the workbooks comes with key and detail explaination except "Grade 4 Common Core Practice ENGLISH". I don't understand why other books comes with answer keys, but this one does not!!!

I think this book is great for improving your reading skills. If you do a few pages every day you will do very good in reading and multiple choice questions. The thing I liked about the book was because it gave good clues for answering the questions. I also think the book could have better explanations for the answers..

I strongly recommend this book to our children, definitely a great resource for their learning...

This is an amazing product to review ELA skills for 4th graders. I use the resources from this workbook for practice as well as assessments. Great product.

This book was great practice for reading and grammar skills. I used this as a supplement to balanced literacy as well as homework. It really challenged my students.
