Perfect to limit and control portion sizes
I was looking for a replacement for our cereal bowls as I wanted something smaller to control portion sizes (the bigger the bowl, the easier to over-eat) and came across these ones.The modern design is really nice and pleasant to look at. The size is perfect for a portion of cereal or yoghurt with fruit - or porridge or soup when you want to be mindful of not overeating and can't be bothered to measure everything all the time.
