Capsules are easy to take and I believe that they helped improved my sleep! I didn't use them for a couple of weeks and my sleep got worse again. After reintroducing them again my sleep got better - so definite worth a try if your sleep is not the best! Also cannot fault the communication with the company, I am using few other supplements for them, and they are always very helpful with any queries I might have.

This product is amazing. I have been using it for quite some time now and can happily report that it has helped with both memory and mental clarity. It also helps promote calmness and reduces stress levels and inflammation.The product comes in premium packaging with a nice glossy label. Its a good price for this many capsules which are super easy to swallow. The item arrived very quickly (1-2 days from ordering).Overall I am vesy impressed and will be buying again.

I always buy from Nutravita as they offer great value for money and a good product. I bought the Ashwagandha as it was part of an offer, and seemed to be good value. I haven't been able to use it much, as I still had a different brand to finish up and I don't use ashwagandha often. When I sampled it, I didn't notice any immediate effect, but I think it is more effective when used on a more regular basis. When I do this, I will come back and update this review. For now, it's a solid four stars!

Stress and depression and The Winter are never a good combination. I decided to try these just to see what they were like. The capsules are large and as instructed need plenty of water. But I am a bit surprised to find that my mood has improved and the constant negative and depressed attitude has indeed felt manageable. Depression has always been with me but I have always been too scared to see a Doctor or seek medication. These may just be enough to help. Time will tell.
