For the price it works well and gets the job done. I felt a little dumb when I plugged it in and nothing was working. If you find yourself in this situation double check to make sure both the cup and lid are locked into place. I didn’t turn the lid far enough to hear a click the first time. It took me a minute to figure out that’s what the problem was. It could be common for them to not work without the lid being locked into place I just don’t ever use these things. This was bought for my mom who needed it for thanksgiving. Overall we both were satisfied with the purchase and would reccomend this product

Please do not waste your money on this poorly made piece of cheap plastic!! I never got to use it because the upper bowl would NOT snap into place. So disappointed!! I passed the return window date, so I’m donating it to the Goodwill. Word of advice. Test your products as soon as you received them. That way if something isn’t working properly you can return it. This processor sat in my cabinet for almost a month until I decided to use it last night. I hope they will still give me my money back.

I like this it will chop up pecans and other nuts really good and its big enough really for two people . But it mixes really well and i have dropped the lid several times but it didn't break , thats a good thing !The blades stay sharped and no worries about this machine. You may like it !

This is not only a very handy tool to have in your kitchen, but the size is just right if you don't do a lot of large volume cooking but still don't have time to chop everything manually....stores away easily too if you're tight on cabinet space. I love ALMOST everything about this mini-food processor.....variable speeds, pulse, works really fast with super sharp blades.....does just about everything the big ones do, but, THE ONE BIG FLAW with this unit is the almost micro-thin plastic cup. OMG! You must be VERY, careful and treat the food cup with tender loving care! DO NOT tap a spoon or spatula on the top edge, if you're using one, you will most definitely chip or crack it. If you're not totally gentle with the food cup, it will easily crack or chip. Otherwise, I love it!!!
