I actually drop this in my aloe and mix it up to put on my body and face. Definitely noticed it helping with irritated skin! I’ve put it on my skin alone as a mask, which was fine, I just don’t recommend leaving it on alone because it has sort of a greasy/waxy feel to it when dry, but it doesn’t clog pores

I was not a fan of the taste. The consistency was as expected. I cannot comment on the benefits since I was not able to stand the taste to finish the bottle.
