Since going off (refined, cane) sugar in August of 2011, I have been eating mostly boring, sadness-invoking things like kale, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and brussels sprouts. But a gal occasionally likes to have dessert!I have tried a number of different low-glycemic chocolate bars, multiple brands. But of all the different types I have tried, these are the most delectable (and no embarrassing erythritol-based side effects nor Stevia-based bitterness nor creepy lakanto-based cold tongue effect).The individual box each bar is encased in is like a miniature work of art, with a stitched-on multi-color felt banner. I love each of the creatively-construed flavor combinations, but especially the lavender peppermint--the one I thought I would least like! The texture and taste of these bars are divine.I am trying to lay in a supply while it's still winter and can count on the bars arriving to me without getting melted.

I received these yesterday. Packaging is very well done and was obviously carefully conceived. Although these bars were individually packaged and then packed in a separate small box in my Amazon order, there was a wonderful smell of fresh chocolate as soon as I opened the Amazon box. I tried the raspberry beetroot bar. I was transported – – it is almost a fudgy texture, a very deep chocolate taste with a beautiful raspberry taste as well. It was perfectly balanced and really excellent! I eventually had another small square and then shared some with a friend who was similarly delighted. Although it was delicious, I did not find myself craving more as I usually do with less satisfying chocolate, even when it is pure and 70%. I was skeptical about the price for chocolate bars but this is the best upscale and healthy chocolate I have ever had! And I have had a lot! This is one of the few treats in which I am willing to indulge despite many food sensitivities.I had also ordered a package of a competitor’s chocolate bars which are quite pure but have sugar. They are comparable in price but will still take another week to arrive and are not even close in quality. I was very pleased with how quickly these arrived and the note I received from the seller after my order and prior to delivery.Thank you so much for the love that has clearly gone into this product!

Oh my lands. I broke my keto day over this chocolate but it could have been a whole lot worse. This bar is yummy! Beautiful too! I love oil infused food and this tasted so good. It’s not as dark as some chocolate but not milk chocolate either. Thanks for a delicious tasting truffle bar!

I am a low carb/low sugar dieter. These bars are amazing. They all have 8 net carbs per half bar. Sometimes I just need a nibble of something sweet so I break off just a small square. I love it when I find real foods that taste so sinful. They are super expensive though. I paid nearly $8 per bar (5 in a pack) but they came quickly. We're packaged in bubble wrap with a cold pack and we're not the least bit melted. I've spent $40 on far less. I will be enjoying these for months, one bite at a time.

Beautifully packaged with a clean list of ingredients, but unfortunately lacking in tastiness. Some flavors are better than others, but all have no depth. The taste of cocoa butter is stronger than the taste of chocolate. If you ever tried to make chocolate candy at home using coconut oil and cocoa powder, that's the kind of taste it reminds me of.Perhaps, it is for a good reason, such as the lack of emulsifiers, milk solids, etc, but that rich, velvety chocolate-ness we used to expect from high quality candy is somehow not there either.

They do a really great job with infusing the flavors so they are not too strong and not artificial tasting. The peppermint is my favorite, reminds me a lot of a peppermint pattie. Sweetness is well done, and I really like that they use honey but that the chocolate doesn't have a honey taste. Kind of a hard balance to strike when using honey. In some of the bars, though, I feel like the sweetness of the honey could be balanced with something else, maybe salt or a nut.Packaging and design on bars are are all very cool. The texture of the chocolate, however, is very waxy. I'm guessing this is has to do with the cacao butter to cacao powder ratio and to some extent to do with using honey. Using more cacao powder would produce a sharper dark chocolate taste, which I think would help improve taste and for sure the consistency. I don't think I would order again because of the waxiness, but I enjoyed eating all of them.

Really love these bars. They are also pretty healthy for you. I liked them so much I ate them up faster than I had planned to...Ooops! Anyway, I liked 4 out of the 5 flavors I tried. The only one that I really was disappointed with was the Rose infused with Cardamon. Smelling roses in my nose and mouth while eating chocolate first of all for me was not pleasant and the aftertaste lingered on. I needed to eat something to rid myself of it. Will never buy that flavor again, but I guess thats why you buy the sample pack first. Anyway, the others where very pleasing and enjoyable. Will purchase again.

This is THE best dark chocolate I have had in my life. This product taste smooth, delicious, the flavors are interesting, and best of all it's not filled with a bunch of junk like so many other products these days. I am so excited to have found this glorious goodness! The sea salt bar is probably my favorite, though each bar is pretty magnificent. Yum!!!
