Tube got blew before first ride .
Before the first ride tube got blew and have to change it and Firefox assembly person also asked for rs500 for assembly and rs 400 for change of tube in home . Other wise cycle is good .

Not a good cycle. Poorest customer service
Review of firefox company and the bicycle bad attitude VI (I ordered bad attitude X but they delivered Bad attitude VI. Didnt replace as I need the cycle urgently)1. Wrong item was delivered2. Item was damaged3. Manual to assemble is confusing and unclear4. No free service given5. Had to pay for damaged part even though it had warranty (gave to service within 3 weeks)6. Customer service is completely useless and pretty slow too.7. The front gear (even now) cant be shifted to the 3rd gear.8. Front disk break is rubbing on the bads.9. Seat is really hard and painful and uncomfortable for long rides.Pro : The dealer that did the service did a good job but had to pay for everything

Great bike, light weight & compatible for 6"1 height
I am one of the first few customer who bought this bike on amazon my height is 6"1 and this bike is perfect match for me easy to ride no discomfort go for it. I am really enjoying my ride.
