The length remained consistent at 19 inches after the first wash.The 60% cotton fabric feels soft and not slick. It's thicker than boxer shorts but less substantial than dress shorts. Perfect for casual wear.I found the "do not use fabric softener" washing directions odd, but we use vinegar in each wash load instead with similar results.The elastic waistband keeps the shorts comfortably in place. The leg openings are roomy without looking baggy.While some may find the pockets on the small side, they suit my needs.They are inexpensive, durable basics for casualwear and sleep. The fit and soft fabric make them a comfy choice.

As a 6'2", 400lbs, man I have shopped for shorts that fit, and I liked. These shorts satisfy my every requirement. The inseam is great. Not knee length and not short-shorts, The waist band is comfortable, and the pockets are deep enough that I'm not worried about items falling out. I love them.

Shorts were exactly how the size chart showed, fit me perfectly when they first arrived. The elastic helps keep them from falling down and they are very light and comfortable.

These are very good lounging shorts. The fabric is soft and breathes well. The waste is stretchy and soft. Doesn't leave marks on my hips. My only contention is that if you need to carry something heavy in the pockets then the shorts might start to sag. But, this is easily addressed with a cord lock. Buy a few cord locks to go with these shorts. Highly recommended.

Extremely comfortable but the inside of the elastic waistband self destructs. On the first wash and dry so much elastic “string” came out of these that it literally tied and tangled up the load.

These shorts are a nice color and wash up really well. They are soft and a value for the money.
