This was my first time buying a new pc and it did not disappoint! I got exactly what was pictured, got the exact specifications it described and I could not be happier! Very easy setup, just plug in and go. Online website for the brand has the manual for every brand pc if yours doesnt come with one in the box. Came with rgb wired keyboard and mouse, wireless receivers for wifi, has bluetooth and windows 10 home built in. No extra preloaded apps, just the ones to control the rgb lights and settings for an amazing graphics card. Not a major gamer but I have all the Sims games downloaded with every expansion, game and stuff packs and I've never had a game crash, no lagging and graphics look amazing for every game. Just downloaded fortnite, gta V and fall guys and maaaannn... this computer is able to handle everything! Also love that I'm able to ugrade it myself if i ever need more ram or anything. I was able to get this when it was on sale for less than $800 but if i was still looking for a pc now and saw it for this price, I would definitely still get. Best beginner gaming PC

Article arrived several days early. Well packaged; would have taken a few terrific blows, to wreck it. Mine did not come with much of an Instruction Manual, but it's all pretty Goof-proof - just Plug In And Play. I really appreciate that NO BLOATWARE was on it. Just Windows 10 and a few system monitoring programs. LIGHTNING FAST. This is my first Solid State hard drive. It is magnificent. BUY IT you won't be disappointed.UPDATE: 4 months & change, and all is well. No crashes while playing online games. Lightning-fast Defrag, Disk Cleanup & Virus Scan. AAAA++ Best PC deal I have ever made, and I've been buying PCs for 25 years. This one's a Sleeper! Great Graphics card. Needs no upgrading. Low cost, easy setup, and - well, I don't know about the Customer Service. I had no issues setting it up, and in my book, if your PC spends ANY time in The Shop, you bought the WRONG ONE! THIS PC is the RIGHT one. Grab it.

I'm honestly shocked there's less reviews, this thing is fantastic. I've had it for months now and never once had an issue. Plays all my games flawlessly and looks great doing it. If you're looking for a good pre-built and don't wanna spend thousands, look no further.Quick note btw, you can sync your computer's colors with any Razor products you may have, you just need the applications :)

Computer came well packaged and in a nice box, with nice literature. I know this doesn't really matter but the little things make a big difference. Even came with a nice bag around the PC, which we ended up keeping for odds and ends. Enjoyed the unboxing.Once set up, the computer runs great. No issues with the hardware. Our daughter is using it as her first gaming PC and she really enjoys the way it looks. The RGB is 10/10 with this case and fans. Personally, on my custom build, I have RGB software to manage everything. However our daughter is only 9 so the fact it has an RGB button on it that is pre-programmed is a HUGE plus. We have played various games on it with no issues.Personally, I wouldn't want the keyboard and mouse that it comes with because I use high end peripherals for gaming. However, for our daughter, I would say they are perfect. They're actually REALLY good quality, better than any of the competitor "freebies" that I have seen over the years. So that was a definite plus for us not to have to replace anything for her to use.Overall I am very satisfied. Price to product ratio is great. Very happy with what we got for the amount we paid. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

First gaming PC and so far so good!!! Ive had for a few months now and have had zero issues, the PC runs all my games with no issues, my most demanding game so far being Rust averages 80 fps and with lowest and I mean absolute lowest being 65fps, only issue I have which is probably on my end is I can not for the life of me set up the RGB lighting!
