Not in my shipment. Nor in the replacement vent! This is a stainless steel item, intended to be mounted exposed to the elements, special screws are required for correct installation. The material of the screws has to be chosen to be compatible with stainless steel to avoid corrosion of the the two metals--PREFERABLY this would be stainless steel screws. Second, the vent's screw holes are of very small diameters and this will be mounted into the exterior of a building necessitating long screws. Third, the shaft and threads of the screws have to be compatible with the vent itself; the body of the vent is raised, by 3/4 inch (capliper), so ideally the shaft of the screw should be smooth for a 3/4 of an inch between the head of the screw and the threads; furthermore, they have to be relatively long screws for mounting on a building's exterior (I would expect 2 ¼ inch at least). Fourth, it requires flat head screws with heads who diameters match the vent's machined screw hole's recess. This is a $60.00 plus item whose description explicitly states the screws are included, making sure the 4 screws are included isn't an insurmountable task.

Doesn’t have the flapper door like some of the pictures show.
