Great if your busy
I bought this for my apartment in which I have a dog that sheds a lot. It gets its all, you can run it at home or away from home. Different levels of suction are available. Picks up dog hair very easily. Super sturdy and a great time saver. Moves pretty quickly too and not super noisy

This sucky Vacuum doesn't suck!!!
This vacuum doesn't pick up dirt.. it will go over dirt and it will still be on the ground.. do not buy. When I ordered this vacuum I was excited. I had wanted a robot vacuum for a long while. I did some research when this popped up as a flash sale... I bit the bullet and ordered it!! I was was anxiously waiting for the day it was supposed to arrive only to be disappointed that somehow it was damaged during transit. So I figured well I would just have to wait a couple more days no bug deal. Then when I didn't see a new ship date or a refund I called Amazon. They were like .. oh you want us to send out another one? Oh okbwe will send you another one and we won't charge you... No duh!! So we finally get the vacuum and again I am excited!! Ee had just had a birthday party and the floor was a mess.. (not horrible just from having extra peop and a little bit of glitter and confetti) We set it up and let it go over night.. thinking I am going to get up to a clean floor!! Yay!! But... nope.. so disappointed wake up to the robot didn't look like it cleaned anything!! đ I set it to clean again while I watched it.. sure enough it was barely picking up anything as it went randomly around.. it also had mapped my around ottoman ... so when I moved it so it could clean the rug underneath the robot still just stayed in its mapped area Not cleaning the area where the ottoman was..I tried it for over a week and this vacuum just didn't do a good job at all... so I decided to send it back. This process was also horrible!! I packaged the robot back up to send it back... they picked it up and the refund said I had to wait until they showed they received it. Ok so .... 5 days later they finally showed they received it back... then they said I had to wait up to 5 day to get a refund đ... ok waiting.. 10 days later... waiting... over a month later I finally get amazon to call me back.. because the app kept taking me in circles.. telling me to wait 5 days even though it was over a month!! When I talked to them today they said they were finally going to refund my money.. wait 5 more days!!!!! đł we will see... long story short DON'T BUY THIS VACUUM!!

Save Money and Do Regular Maintenance
I purchased this vacuum two years ago as my third robot vacuum. I bought it as a "best value" purchase against name brand competitors that were ~50% more expensive. Here's what I enjoy:The mapping is excellent. The suction is more than adequate for daily cleanings which is impressive with three animals in the house. The maintenance is easy and the product is reliable. Here are my pain points:The replacement parts are pricy if you're using it daily. Without intervention, the bags, filters, main brush, and side bristles have a 3-6 month lifespan which starts to cut into the value against name brands. It's about $60 per kit.The mopping function is lacking so I never use it â it doesn't use enough water nor make enough contact with the floor to do much, even on "Deep Cleaning" mode. Here's my advice to longevity and affordability:Keep the parts clean as much as possible. Empty the dirt catch manually and/or empty the bag regularly (instead of replacing it), clean the filter after every use, and buy a flea comb to keep the main brush in good condition. Doing this has doubled or tripled the life of each component and saved me significantly.Overall, it's a great purchase but takes a little more attention than other brands.

After just over a year of use, still love it.
This was my first robotic vacuum and I was hesitant on getting one. After just over a year of use, Iâm glad that I made the dive and purchased this vacuum. It has changed the way my house is cleaned forever. Now a year later I do have a few comparisons to make as I just picked up another brand of vacuum. One thing I noticed right away was the Dreame mapping is far superior to their competitors. They are not even close. The vacuum maps quickly and efficiently and adjusts the map as needed while vacuuming. This is very nice as furniture moves around during the year for holidays and parties. Manually modifying the map is also painless compared to my other vacuum.I have a high pile area rug in my living room and the Dreame robot vacuum handles it perfectly, never getting stuck or hung up on the rugs edge. Their competitors vacuum has to have the âsmartâ features turned off in order for it to not believe the rug is a barrier. And when it does go over the rug itâs slower than molasses. So definite win for the Dreame. The dust bag holds a good amount and last my household about 3 months or so before needing to be changed out. The side brush and roller last about the same amount of time. The filter needed to be cleaned about every third week but didnât need to be replaced for about 3-4month mark. This is all with running the machine daily for my schedule that I setup, doing various rooms on different days..etc.The only thing that their competitor beat them out on so far was the hair being tangled on the roller. I do have to have to remove the roller weekly to remove tangled up hair. Other than that the Dreame robot is by far my favorite vacuum of the 2 i have. And thatâs with this vacuum costing a third of what the other one cost. I would definitely recommend especially for the price.
