Delivered the product in a bad condition.
Product is not in a good condition inside. It doesn't look the new one and also couple of jars are missing. This is a weird experience and not good at all.But the customer care people helped me with the appropriate action on this. Thanks for the customer care people who helped me in this situation.

High power ...and high noise
I liked this one for it's efficiency in work done fast.. I used to have old Preethi for last 10 years. So i trust this company enough to buy Taurus version. It's quicker than the old one.. but very high noise. I usually use this one for chutneys , powders and for batters.. for batters..you have to make sure it isn't overloaded.
