The soundproof wall panels with glue on the back,Just peel off the protective film and stick it to the walls ,door and ceilings

Q: Can these be cut to any size?

It's foam, you can cut it the way you need without compromising performance

Q: Can I mount a Shure mv7 to it?

You should be able too, just have to have the universal microphone part. Which you can get off Amazon also. I bought.

Q: Can these be used inside speaker cabinets?

I imagine you could but it’s hard to say whether lining your speaker cabinets with these foam tiles would make a significant improvement in sound quality. I would start with lining the cabinets with a sound deadening material such as Killmat or similar. I’ve done so with subwoofer boxes and have had decent results
