Took these and after the first few days there is a highly noticeable difference. Order these and try for yourself. If you don’t like them send them back. Excellent product.

I do notice somewhat of a difference in terms of alertness after taking these. I am not sure if it is a trace mineral deficiency in myself or just a reaction to the *interesting* taste of these. I was taking a variety of other supplements at the time with these, fiber included. This is not a magic pill by any means, but some difference was observed.

I have been taking Pure Encapsulation supplements for a long time and was recommended by my holistic wellness doctor. Never had any issues with this product and I would say this is a top of the line brand as well. Would definitely recommend this to any ages 18+ years.

Pleased with the quality of the gel cap and ease of swallowing. This did not come with a breakdown listing of the trace minerals included in it. US clients do not know that 50 years of mineral research was repressed in their country by congressional act. The moratorium ended in 2003, so there should be greater awareness of the need for mineral supplements. The body uses 90 minerals. This supplement has far less but it a decent price and formulation. I recommend trace for its anti-bacterial properties and anti-viral properties. Unfortunately, the "diabetic" epidemic in the USA is not aware that lack of trace minerals will cause a malnutrition that mimics diabetes. The research showed 76-83% of current insulin users could complex blood sugars internally if given a mineral supplement and did not need insulin.... For more information, search the university chemistry departments research that was done and unpublished during the 50 yrs of silencing. It is truly eye-opening and VERY shameful. Also note, in 2004 the nation of South Africa bought up half the mining in Montana of the trace minerals to be shipped daily to their country. (At 5x the FDA standard daily dosage it was found to halt the replication of the AIDS virus in the S. African school children). It does NOT need refrigeration, nor does it need to be time dosed. Their research is easily accessible and published in the English language for your review.
