Works with t-coil hearing aids
I just started wearing hearing aids that have the telecoil option. Didn't want to spend 45 bucks from a hearing aid store just a sample this feature. This was reasonably priced and really works. I wore it to the movie theater where they have the amplifying devices and use this loop instead of headphones. Knocked out all of the echo and the sound was crisp. I found that if I draped the wire over the top of my ears the signal was even stronger and clearer. Glad I made this purchase. Will not work with hearing aids without the t-!coil. Kirkland brand hearing aids do.
